Best ACOPOWER Solar Kits for RV & Off-Grid Power in 2026

Compare ACOPOWER solar kits for RV, camper and off-grid use, including their panels, controllers, batteries, components and current pricing.

By Moon PickePublished Oct 4, 2026Our review process

The best ACOPOWER solar kits are not the same box at seven wattages. Some kits are a panel and a charge controller. Some add a suitcase frame so you can park the array on the ground. Some include gel or LiFePO4 batteries and an inverter. Wattage is a nameplate. It is not battery capacity, and it is not inverter output.

This guide compares seven current US configurations for RV and off-grid use. We compared ACOPOWER’s current product documentation, listed components, solar capacity, controller type, expandability, portability, pricing, and intended use. Moon Picke did not install or lab-test these kits. For the wider catalog, including batteries, the P5000 station, and LiONCooler, see our best ACOPOWER products guide. How we evaluated ACOPOWER solar kits

We started from the live catalog. Each pick needed an official product page, an available variant, a written component list or a named configuration, and at least one official photo that matches that configuration. The 200W rigid RV-kit page was dropped: its featured photo and short description still show the 100W kit.

Largest is not best. A 400W gel system is heavier and uses a different inverter class than a 100W PWM kit. Daily watt-hours depend on sun hours, weather, shade, angle, temperature, and controller losses. A panel does not produce its rated watts all day.

ACOPOWER 100W Mono Solar RV Kits, 100W PWM20A — Best for entry RV charging

SKU HY-SPKM-100W20A is the small roof-charging kit: one 100-watt monocrystalline panel and a 20-amp PWM controller. The description says it recharges batteries and can run limited low-watt gear. It does not say a battery or an inverter is in the box. The same page lists larger packs of the same 100W panel with PWM or MPPT controllers. Those are other variants, not this award.

ACOPOWER 100W Mono Solar RV kit components including panel and 20 amp PWM controller
ACOPOWER 100W Mono Solar RV Kit. Image: ACOPOWER.

The page’s 100W all-black panel block lists 100W, Vmp 17.48V, Imp 5.71A, Voc 22V, Isc 6.14A, 44.5 × 20.1 × 1.4 inches, and 20.9 pounds. The 20A PWM controller is listed as 12/24V, 20A, 50V maximum PV input, IP65, 5.59 × 3.7 × 1.06 inches, and 1.1 pounds. A gallery graphic of the HY-PWM20AW controller prints those same controller dimensions. A separate gallery graphic of a panel back prints 40.2 × 20.1 × 1.4 inches, which does not match the 44.5-inch line. This guide uses the written 100W spec block for electrical data and does not treat 40.2 inches as settled.

ACOPOWER HY-PWM20AW 12/24 volt 20 amp solar charge controller with dimensions

The kit photo on the product page shows a panel, the HY-PWM20AW controller, cables, Z-brackets, and a cable-entry housing. The short description does not print a packing list. This article does not add those extra parts as confirmed contents. Battery and inverter remain not listed.

Who it’s for: a 12-volt battery you already own and a roof that can take one 100W module. Limitations: PWM, not MPPT; 100W is a small source. Roof work belongs in ACOPOWER’s manuals and with a qualified installer. The page’s warranty block gives panels 5-year workmanship plus 25-year 85% output, controllers one year, and accessories one year.

ACOPOWER listed this configuration at $175.90 on October 4, 2026. There was no compare-at price. Prices and promotions may change.

ACOPOWER Flexible Solar Panel Kit, 110W PWM20A — Best for curved roofs

SKU HY-FLK-110W20A is the low-profile kit when a framed module will not sit on a curved coach, boat, or van roof. The page says the film can flex up to 27 degrees, weighs 4.85 pounds, uses SunPower monocrystalline cells, claims 21.5%–24% module conversion efficiency, and uses ETFE. Those lines are product copy, not a full electrical table. Voc, Vmp, Imp, and Isc were not in that description.

ACOPOWER 110W flexible solar kit with PWM controller, cables, and cable-entry housing
ACOPOWER 110W flexible solar panel kit. Image: ACOPOWER.

The packing list on the same page is specific: 1 × HY-FL-110W flexible panel, 1 × HY-PWM20AW charge controller, 1 × 8 ft 8 AWG tray cable, 1 × 30 ft 12 AWG PV cable, and 1 × cable-entry housing. A paragraph above that list says 8 ft 10 AWG tray cable and 30 ft 10 AWG adaptor cable. Use the packing list for gauge, and confirm the cables in the box. The 20A PWM controller is described as 12/24V auto, compatible with eight battery types including LiFePO4, with up to 360W at 12V and 720W at 24V. Battery and inverter are not on the packing list.

Flexible panel from the official 110W kit gallery. Image: ACOPOWER.

Who it’s for: a curved roof where a rigid frame will not sit. Limitations: 110W is still small; the 15-year ETFE line is not the warranty. The page says a 25-year transferable output warranty on panels and one year on the rest of the kit. Sitewide text still covers panels for five years and other products for one year. Ask which document controls the order. Other variants add more 110W modules and, on some rows, MPPT.

ACOPOWER listed the 110W PWM20A kit at $328.90 on October 4, 2026. Prices and promotions may change.

ACOPOWER 120W PLK portable solar panel kit — Best for ground-deployed camping

SKU HY-PLK-120WPX20A is a foldable 120W suitcase with a 20A LCD charge controller. The description says it weighs 14 pounds, folds to 24 × 20 × 2 inches, has a kickstand, and uses MC4 or an Anderson plug. It claims about 600 watt-hours per day depending on sunlight. That is a vendor average, not a guarantee, and not 120 watts all day.

ACOPOWER 120W foldable portable solar kit with inset 20 amp charge controller
ACOPOWER 120W PLK portable solar panel kit. Image: ACOPOWER.

The written package list is short: 1 × 120W portable solar panel, 1 × 20A LCD charge controller, 1 × user manual. A 12V battery is not included. An inverter is not included. The controller copy matches other 20A waterproof units on the site: 12/24V auto, up to 360W at 12V and 720W at 24V, negative ground, eight battery types. The page also says that if you are charging a power station that already has a controller, you use the panel cables and skip stacking controllers. Read that manual before you mix boxes.

Official 120W kit gallery photo. Written packing list is shorter than these labels. Image: ACOPOWER.

A gallery photo on the same page labels a back view with clips, Anderson housing, MC4 leads, a fuse, and legs. Those labels are on the official photo. They are not on the written package list. This guide does not add them as confirmed contents.

Who it’s for: camping and dry camping when you can aim a suitcase and put it away. Limitations: 120W; you still need a compatible 12-volt battery or a station with a matching input. ACOPOWER listed it at $259.99 on October 4, 2026, with a compare-at price of $279.99 on the page. Prices and promotions may change.

ACOPower PTK 200W portable solar panel kit briefcase — Best for portable 200W charging

SKU HY-PTK-2x100W20A is the 200W suitcase on a dedicated page. The package list says 2 × 100W portable solar panels, 1 × 20A charge controller, and 3 × user manuals. No battery. No inverter. The key-features block also says “four 50W solar panels attached in pairs.” The official photo on that page shows four panel faces. Treat 200W as the nameplate. Confirm whether you are receiving two 100W leaves or four 50W leaves before you size bags and mounts.

ACOPOWER PTK 200W portable solar panel kit. Image: ACOPOWER.

The same features block says the controller uses MPPT with high tracking efficiency up to 99.5% and peak conversion efficiency of 98%, then says a 20A waterproof charge controller with MC4 and alligator clips. The SKU ends in 20A. This guide does not resolve MPPT versus PWM from that mixed paragraph. Use the controller that arrives, and match it to the battery chemistry in the manual.

Connection options on the official PTK 200W page. Image: ACOPOWER.

Who it’s for: a portable 200W array you can fold, not a roof install. Limitations: the 10–20% “higher than PWM” line is marketing; the packing list still does not include a battery. ACOPOWER listed this kit at $399.00 on October 4, 2026. Prices and promotions may change.

ACOPOWER lithium complete system, HYL200AH-M200W — Best matched LiFePO4 off-grid kit

This is the kit if you want generation, MPPT control, lithium storage, and AC from one SKU. The variant name is Li200Ah 1.5kW / 200W MPPT30A. The contents table says two 100Ah batteries, two 100W panels, a 1.5 kW inverter, a 30A controller, a monitor, a switch, a 60A fuse, two Z-bracket sets, two pairs of battery cables, and remaining cables marked yes. That is 200W of nameplate solar, not one 200Ah case.

Contents shown for the 200W MPPT30A lithium configuration. Image: ACOPOWER.

Each 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery on the page is listed at 12.8V and 1,280Wh, 100A max continuous discharge, about 23.8 pounds, and 12.99 × 6.81 × 8.58 inches. The 100W panel on this page is listed at Voc 22.5V, Vmp 17.48V, Isc 6.14A, Imp 5.71A, 12.8 pounds, and 40.2 × 20.1 × 1.4 inches. That size and weight do not match the 100W block on the RV-kit page. Do not merge those two modules. The inverter is 1,500W continuous, 3,000W surge, pure sine. The 30A MPPT lists 8–32V battery voltage, 100V maximum PV open-circuit voltage, and 390W maximum PV input at 12V. Two 100W panels sit under that 390W line. Cold-weather voltage and series versus parallel wiring still matter. This is not a wiring plan. Use the manual and a qualified installer.

ACOPOWER 1500W pure sine wave inverter from the lithium complete-system gallery
1500W inverter graphic on the lithium complete-system page. Image: ACOPOWER.

Who it’s for: a first 12-volt lithium system with modest AC. Limitations: 1,500W continuous; 200W of solar will not refill 2,560Wh on a short winter day. Other rows add panels or a 3 kW inverter. The featured photo on that page is a 300W artwork file. This article uses the 200W/30A kit photo with two 100Ah batteries and two panels.

ACOPOWER listed HYL200AH-M200W at $1,988 on October 4, 2026. Prices and promotions may change.

ACOPOWER 300W Mono RV Solar System — Best gel complete kit at 1.5 kW

SKU HY-200AH1.5KW-300WMB is a bundled gel system, not a lithium bank. The packing list: 3 × 100W mono panels, 1 × 1,500W inverter, 2 × 100Ah gel batteries, 1 × 30A MPPT, 1 × 50A fuse, 1 × battery switch, 3 sets of Z-brackets, 1 pair 30 ft 12 AWG PV cable, 2 pairs 1 ft 4 AWG battery cable, 1 pair 8 ft 8 AWG tray cable, 1 cable-entry housing, and 1 pair of 1-to-3 branch connectors.

ACOPOWER 300W Mono RV Solar System with three 100W panels, two gel batteries, 1500W inverter, and MPPT controller
ACOPOWER 300W Mono RV Solar System. Image: ACOPOWER.

Each 100W panel is listed at Voc 22V, Vmp 17.48V, Isc 6.14A, Imp 5.71A, 12.8 pounds, and 40.2 × 20.1 × 1.4 inches. Each gel battery is 12V, 100Ah at a 10-hour rate, about 67.2 pounds ±3%, and 12.99 × 6.73 × 8.43 inches. The MPPT is 30A, 8–32V battery range, 100V maximum PV open-circuit, 390W maximum PV input at 12V. Three 100W panels are a 300W nameplate, under that 390W line if they stay in a 12-volt arrangement the controller supports. Confirm series/parallel in the manual.

The inverter spec block says 1,500W continuous, 3,000W surge, pure sine, 7.79 pounds. The marketing paragraph also says “Modified Sine Wave.” Those two sentences disagree. Do not assume the waveform until you read the unit’s label and the inverter manual.

The page says solar charging will provide about 1,440 watt-hours or 120 amp-hours per day depending on sunlight. That is not a promised harvest. Two gel batteries alone weigh over 130 pounds before panels and the inverter.

Who it’s for: a cabin or RV that wants a complete gel kit and can handle the weight. Limitations: gel cycle life and weight versus lithium; waveform conflict; 1,500W continuous. ACOPOWER listed this system at $1,589 on October 4, 2026. Prices and promotions may change.

ACOPOWER 400W Mono RV Solar System — Best larger gel kit with a 3 kW inverter

SKU HY-400AH3KW-400WMB steps both the array and the AC side. Packing list: 4 × 100W panels, 1 × 3,000W inverter, 2 × 200Ah gel batteries, 1 × 40A MPPT, 1 × 50A fuse, 1 × battery switch, 4 sets of Z-brackets, 1 pair 30 ft 12 AWG PV cable, 2 pairs 1 ft 2 AWG battery cable, 1 pair 8 ft 8 AWG tray cable, 1 cable-entry housing, and 1 pair of Y-branch connectors.

ACOPOWER 400W Mono RV Solar System with four 100W panels, two large gel batteries, 3000W inverter, and 40A MPPT
ACOPOWER 400W Mono RV Solar System. Image: ACOPOWER.

Panel electrical lines match the 300W kit’s 100W module. Each 200Ah gel battery is listed at 12V, 200Ah at a 10-hour rate, about 137.5 pounds ±3%, and 20.55 × 9.37 × 8.58 inches. Two of those batteries are hundreds of pounds before the rest of the kit. The 40A MPPT lists 8–32V battery voltage, 100V maximum PV open-circuit, and 520W maximum PV input at 12V. Four 100W panels are a 400W nameplate. The inverter spec block says 3,000W continuous, 6,000W surge, pure sine, 12.1 pounds. The marketing paragraph on this page, like the 300W page, also says modified sine. Treat that as a conflict. A gallery inverter close-up on the page shows a Cosuper-branded housing and mixed outlet types. This article does not use that photo as an ACOPOWER inverter identity shot.

The page’s 1,920 watt-hour / 160 amp-hour daily line depends on sunlight. Larger is not automatically better: you need roof area, payload, and loads that actually use 3,000W continuous.

Who it’s for: higher AC demand and a larger gel bank, with a trailer or cabin that can carry the weight. Limitations: gel weight, waveform conflict, and a 400W array that will not instantly refill 400Ah. ACOPOWER listed this system at $2,798 on October 4, 2026. Prices and promotions may change.

100W vs 200W vs 400W: how kit size actually changes the job

100W suits light charging. It is not a daily budget for a compressor fridge unless that fridge’s watt-hours and your sun hours both fit.

120W–200W portable kits add aimable panels and a controller, still without storage. The lithium 200W SKU is two rigid 100W modules plus storage and a 1.5 kW inverter. That is not a suitcase.

300W and 400W gel kits add more nameplate watts, more amp-hours, and, at 400W, a 3 kW inverter. They also add mass. Device watts × hours ≈ watt-hours. Then ask whether the array, in real sun, can put that energy back after losses.

Watt-hours, batteries, and inverters

Panel watts are power under test conditions. Amp-hours are charge at a stated voltage. Watt-hours are energy. Two 100Ah 12.8V lithium packs on the complete-system page are listed at 1,280Wh each. The 300W gel page does not print watt-hours for those batteries, so this guide does not invent a figure.

Inverter watts are output, not solar input. A 3,000W inverter will not create 3,000W from a 400W array. Surge is a short peak. Do not bypass fuses, breakers, BMS devices, or manufacturer limits. Use ACOPOWER’s manuals and a qualified installer. This page has no wiring steps.

Warranty, shipping, and returns

Sitewide text covers solar panels for five years and other products for one year, original purchaser only. Battery cells are excluded unless fully charged within seven days and at least every six months. The 100W RV-kit page adds a 25-year 85% output line. The flexible-kit page adds a 25-year transferable output warranty on panels. Those sentences are not identical.

Many continental US orders ship free when the listing says so, after about 1–3 business days of processing. ACOPOWER.com purchases have a 30-day money-back offer; without a quality problem the buyer pays return shipping. Later returns need an RMA, a 10% restocking fee, and shipping.

FAQ

Is ACOPOWER good for RV solar?

It sells RV kits, flexible kits, suitcases, and complete systems. Some pages disagree with themselves. Read the SKU.

How much solar does an RV need?

Add watt-hours for the loads you will run, then compare that with realistic sun hours, not the panel sticker.

Is 100W enough for an RV?

It can charge a battery and run limited low-watt gear, which is what the 100W kit description says. It is not enough for high daily watt-hour loads.

Is 200W enough for a campervan?

200W is still modest. On the lithium SKU it includes storage and a 1.5 kW inverter. On the PTK suitcase it does not.

Do ACOPOWER solar kits include batteries?

Not the 100W PWM, 110W flexible, 120W PLK, or PTK 200W kits, based on the written lists. The lithium complete SKU and the 300W and 400W gel systems do.

Do they include an inverter?

The three complete systems in this guide do. The charge-only kits do not.

Does ACOPOWER use MPPT controllers?

Yes on the lithium 200W SKU, the 300W gel kit, and the 400W gel kit. The 100W and 110W kits here use 20A PWM. The 120W PLK list says a 20A LCD controller. The PTK 200W page mixes MPPT marketing with a 20A packing-list controller.

Can an ACOPOWER system be expanded?

The 100W and flexible pages sell more panels on other variants. Controllers have voltage and current limits. A matching plug is not a matching design.

What is included with an ACOPOWER RV solar kit?

It depends on the SKU. The 100W PWM variant is named as a 100W panel plus 20A PWM. Complete systems list batteries, inverters, fuses, switches, and cables.
